Sustainable Ordering Policies with Capacity Constraint Under Order-Size-Dependent Trade Credit, All-Units Discount, Carbon Emission, and Partial Backordering

In today's competitive business situation, the supplier frequently offers his or her retailers a permissible delay period to stimulate sales. addition, capacity of any warehouse is limited in practice; thus, retailer needs an additional rented store excess units when order quantity exceeds own warehouse. Furthermore, with globalization marketing policy, may provide discounted price if purchase large enough. Green inventory management reduces environmental impacts without lacking its profit. Considering all factors mentioned above, this paper, we study green economic model constraint under order-size-dependent trade credit and all-units discount along minimizing carbon for cleaner environment. The paper discusses potential cases, which occur models emission cost different allowable payments. Shortages are allowed partially backordered. main objective determine sustainable optimal ordering strategies decide whether (RW) obtain replenishment policies such that retailer’s annual profit maximized. First, prove conditions functions have interior minimizer value closed-form solution found. Next, algorithm developed determining global problem.
